However, I'd recommend first coming up with a plan on what will happen next: 1- You move, long distance starts 2- How long will this long distance last? 3- Is the plan for your bf to finish some stuff perhaps in some months or years and then move closer/in with you? 4- Is the plan that you will be working a year or 2 and then move back? As long as you have a plan should be ok. As mentioned building usually fall after the earthquake due to structural damages. If the thief is smart at all, I kinda doubt they'd drive by any of those since they're really easy to avoid. If that were true, then the thief must know that too in order to avoid them. I wish that due to they mistake doing a freeze would become free everywhere... but money. Btw, I read somewhere that if you set a fraud alert on one of the companies, they notify the other 2?
